Enduring another of the periodic manias where it seems that toilet paper is the most valuable commodity on earth, I was inspired to research bidets as an alternative. After getting my first bidet with the impressive sounding name Luxe Bidet Neo 120, I honestly didn’t know how I was living without it before.
It’s thing you didn’t know you needed, until you got one. IT. WAS. LIFECHANGING.
Of course, bidets like this have been common place in Japan for DECADES. When they visit the states they’re probably thinking everyone here has dirty butts! I mean, if there were mud on your arm, would you really just wipe it with toilet paper?
Anyway, since then I’ve tried many bidet attachments and one of the biggest annoyances you run into, is that they tend to make the toilet seat uneven and unstable. Not exactly conducive for getting your business done!
They have some that are integrated with the seat itself which definite helps. However, I recently upgraded to a skirted toilet and none of the bidet attachments I tried fit right.
That was until I found the Samodra Ultra-Slim Bidet Attachment.
The best bidet attachment
As the name suggests, the Samodra Ultra-Slim Bidet Attachment is ultra-slim so you can slip it under the seat that comes with your toilet. I can’t say enough about this bidet attachment and bidet attachments in general. In fact, I’ve stocked up a couple extra just in-case the one I have breaks and the toilet paper hoarders get wise to these and go on rampage! 🙂

Final Tip
If there is one downside to becoming one of the enlightened ones, it’s that leaving your “home throne” can tend to make travel a substandard experience. This can be mitigated to some extent with a travel bidet, but it’s obviously not the same. Perhaps you should plan your next vacation to Japan, the motherland of this simple, but lifechanging gadget!
